Brett Amory's 'Waiting' Process Video

 When you think about it, we spend a lot of our lives waiting. We wait for the bus to finally rescue us from the rain. We wait for shoddy Internet connections to kick in. We wait to make eye contact with the bartender across the bar. Lots of waiting.  
In his Waiting series, artist Brett Amory paints snapshots of these moments of stillness. He recently created this process video where he took a picture every 20 minutes during a painting session to help show the evolution of his Waiting #48 painting. The best part? We get to view the completion of a Brett Amory painting—start to finish—without much waiting at all.
