Roq La Rue's Kirsten Anderson and Artstash editor Damion Hayes are joining forces to open a new gallery in Seattle devoted to the rise of urban contemporary and street/graffiti art.
BLVD (pronouced Bool-ee-vard) will have its grand opening on May 12th, 2006 right next door to Roq La Rue in Seattle, Washington. The inaugural group show will feature Tra Selhtrow, Robert Hardgrave, Iosefatu Sua, Joshua Petker, Sylvia Ji, Space Invader, Bigfoot, Craola, Mear, Joshua Krause, Martin Ontiveros and more. The same night, Roq La Rue will be presenting new works by Travis Louie and Robert Craig.
