The amazing interiors at the Madonna Inn are featured in the current issue of Paper Magazine.

Be sure to check out the hotel in person when driving through San Luis Obispo.

It's sparkly, pink and a roadtrip staple.

Hurley Art recently spotlighted artists Johanna O'Donnell and Kevin Earl Taylor. Check out their interviews and artwork on Hurley.com.

JOHANNA O’DONNELL

Florida artist Johanna O’Donnell often envisions a painting after listening to a song. “Fully formed pieces will pop into my head. Some call it the artistic muse. I call it awesome because it reminds me that I’m merely an instrument of creative forces, not the force itself. This helps with reducing the artistic ego, which is not your friend.” http://www.hurley.com/index.cfm/aid/39274/FEATURED-ARTIST--JOHANNA-O-DONNELL

Just announced! American Cinematheque and Flux will be presenting the exclusive theatrical screening of Under Great White Northern Lights, director Emmett Malloy’s highly-anticipated new documentary about The White Stripes. The night will include a Q&A with the director, free posters and other fun surprises.

In the summer of 2007, The White Stripes embarked on a cross-country Canadian tour to accomplish their goal of performing in every province and territory across the expansive northern nation. The Emmett Malloy-directed documentary film, Under Great White Northern Lights, captured that incredible journey. On March 15th the Egyptian Theatre will host an exclusive Los Angeles theatrical screening allowing fans a peek into the touring lives of one of the world’s most enigmatic bands before its official DVD release on March 16th.
