A beautiful new piece was recently placed on the streets of New York by Imminent Disaster. We’ll actually be featuring a version of this piece next month at the Aqua Art Fair in Miami during Art Basel. On the way to the amazing Dabs Myla show last night I swung through to check out the progress of tonight’s big Juxtapoz 15th Anniversary Art Show and say hey to the crew down from SF… all I can say is do all you can to get down there tonight to catch this one-night only event. An interview with Dabs Myla

Dabs is a prolific illustrator and graffiti artist who spent his teenage years growing up in Melbourne in the Early 90s. The graffiti scene influenced him greatly in his style and technique. These days his characters come to life in more contextualized environments than ever before, whether they are painted on walls in the streets, or on canvases in the gallery.
