Alice Han moved to New York from the sunny city of Los Angeles in 2002 to begin her career in marketing. While working within broadcast to print and new media at major agencies including Sudler & Hennessy and MRM Worldwide, she has developed a distinct know how in the creative industry and has built up relationships with a wide array of media outlets, talent, production companies and ad agencies. She has a keen eye for identifying partnerships and executing them flawlessly - a born bridge builder. From launching a small startup bag company, to launching a new DVD release, to producing major international events and parties, Alice finds the right sponsors, talent, and business opportunities to launch successful campaigns, with a smile.

Incase teamed up with film collective Ghost Robot to create a series of three video shorts filmed in and around New York City. Centered around a group of friends whose leisurely pursuits involve creative experiments with the iPhone 3GS, the buoyant bunch relies on the protection of Incase products to give them the freedom to push the limits of iPhone video experimentation.

Experimental noise pop group Telepathe provides the soundtrack for the segments and makes a cameo in the final video of the series.

Without further ado, we present to you Experiment No. 1: Rocket Launch. Be on the lookout for the second short dropping 3/15.

The Seoul metropolitan government put in place the basic structure for the FIRST of THREE artificial floating islands on the river this Saturday.

“There are artificial islands in Dubai, the United Arab Emirates, but they’re in addition to the actual natural islands in the area. Seoul’s Floating Islands are remarkable because they are completely man-made ones that will float on the river,” explained Kim Hyeong-keon, a city official involved in the project, according to JoongAng. “That’s why we’re not calling them artificial islands, we’re calling it the Floating Island.

“There already are artificial floating islands overseas similar to what Seoul is building now: Floating Garden in Rostock, Germany, and Mur Island [The Murinsel] in Graz, Austria. While the two artificial islands are relatively small and the purposes of the venues are limited, Seoul’s Floating island is big enough to serve multiple purposes.”
