Felix Hayes & Ben West's Google Book

Juxtapoz // Monday, July 09, 2012
Let's face it, Google is our dictionary, our library, our research database, and our go to for just about anything from recipes to driving directions. Who uses encyclopedias anymore? A physical dictionary? Not us. It is a bit sad that these objects are becoming obsolete, but so it goes (to quote Vonnegut's Slaughterhouse-Five).

Tattoo // Monday, July 09, 2012

The Paintings of Korea's Kwon Kyung-yup

Juxtapoz // Sunday, July 08, 2012
We love the flat, white, realistic paintings of Korean-painter, Kwon Kyung-yup. Each female painted has an isolated, frozen glance, which makes them to appear to almost be facades in a dream. The detail in which the painter uses the color white is quite stunning.
