I found one of my Ratbones brethren at the release party for the “Bloodwork: Sleeves” book in San Jose, the night before the San Jose Tattoo Convention opened. It’s the nicest book of tattoo photographs I’ve ever seen. Get one!

I caught the flu that night. I think I drank too much and compromised my immune system. I don’t think this huge greasy meal at Original Joe’s helped my situation either.

Riding around with Ben did help. His bike is rad.

I had fun at the tattoo convention, but by Sunday I was really feeling sick and boned out a little early, right after I finished the wall drawing.

I spent the last week really struggling. But by Friday night, I was feeling a little better and had a great time partying with everyone (including my Mom!) at the opening of “Las Cholas de Frisco” at The Skullz Press.

Great party! Huge thanks to everyone that came out. I sure appreciate the support! We’ll do it again December 4th!
