Flavio Samelo is taking part of II Forum Interlocuções do Imaginário, a photography forum that starts today in Porto Alegre. The whole program includes 5 exhibitions, focused on urban cultures and including skateboard and street art.

Samelo is showing together with Rene Morilla, a senior photographer from Buenos Aires, Argentina. This is the forum’s mais exhibition and is called Charla Fotografica, curated by Rogerio do Amaral (Morilla’s part) and Lucas Pexão (Samelo’s part). The objective of this “charla” (chat in spanish) is to explore images taken from photographers from different generations and different places, but with the same focus on the urban context. It opens today (September, 22), at 8pm.
