Is re-invention.

Any artist can take a break, a reprieve, a little vacation from their duties to simply retreat and refocus. The world will gladly wait for an artist to return to us, with the hope that they return changed and evolved, amputated from their burdensome past work, and cpable of continued pursuit to break next plane of what we know vs. what will come to surprize. We all want to be dazzled by seeing advancement, but we also don't mind the occasional failure, as long as it is attached to the hip of Effort, why not?

With this said here is a new video by one of my favorite artists groups Rinpa Eshidan.

 

They had an explosive start with a single video on YouTube. They made a few more, with relative success; but here is their first in toooo long. Worth the wait. Please check out the article I wrote for them in the paper version of Juxtapoz. You will see that this video came straight from the opening photo in the article.
