Tupac - that crazy rapper who faked his own death in 1996 and left us all for want of new music, has resurfaced in Borats homeland. He has been using his talents as a force for good uniting the Kazakhstans in a sweet collaborative re-imaging of one of his popular songs, Changes. Of course the song itself is a re-imagining of the Bruce Hornsby original, Thats Just The Way It Is.

So it's a re-re-imagining by Tupac of a song the country of Kazakhstan likely did not hear considering camels and horses don't come standard with radios. That's just the way it is.
